Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, executing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for reach, engagement,



and lead generation.

The role involves close collaboration with design, content, and product teams to support digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions for custom software, mobility, web, and data science solutions. The specialist will also respond to audience interactions, track trends, and provide regular reports and insights to improve overall social media effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns on major platforms.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-consistent posts, visuals, and campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging online audiences.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to interpret data, optimize content, and report on KPIs.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, paid social advertising, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
