Role: Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

Conduct social media research, competitor research and trend analysis across relevant platforms.

Identify trending topics, formats, content styles and opportunities relevant to GTM Labs and its brands.

Develop content plans, social media strategies and growth plans based on research and business objectives.

Create and coordinate different forms of content, including graphics, carousels, text posts, short-form videos/reels and face-to-camera content.

Plan and maintain content calendars across required social media platforms.

Publish and manage content across relevant platforms with consistency.

Drive engagement, audience growth, followers and brand visibility.

Work towards generating inbound leads, enquiries and potential customers through social media.





Monitor content performance and analyse insights to continuously improve strategy.

Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, launches and other marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of social media and current digital trends.

Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into engaging content.

Good communication, research and analytical skills.

Comfortable with content creation, social media management and experimentation.

Result-oriented with a focus on engagement, growth and inbound lead generation, not just posting content.

Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar is an advantage.

Students, freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Work & Compensation

Remote | 6 Days/Week

Versatile working hours between 11 AM – 7 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000/month, based on defined monthly deliverables
