Social Media ManagerSalary- 18k - 22k (Probation period salary after which it will be hiked as per performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Develop content strategies, monthly calendars, and platform-specific content plans.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, reel scripts, video concepts, and creative ad copies for organic and paid campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to generate fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute content.
- Monitor social media performance, track engagement, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and communication across all platforms.

Qualifications
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong English writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads,



paid campaigns, and advertising creatives.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Good research, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio of previous social media work or content samples is preferred.
