ABOUT INDOBANYAN

Indobanyan Brands Pvt Ltd is a Noida-based house of Indian consumer brands: Kothi Decor (handcrafted brass and home decor), Happy Banyan (curated gift boxes), Divine Banyan (pooja essentials) and IVEI (desk and craft products). Products are sold through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, the company's websites and corporate gifting.

THE ROLE The Social Media Manager builds and runs our social media presence for home decor and gifting brands, starting with one brand. The role owns strategy, the content calendar, creator briefs, community management, collaborations and reporting, with the aim of growing an engaged audience that converts to sales on the website and marketplaces. The focus is organic growth; paid promotion is planned jointly with the performance marketing team.

Team: in-house content creators, graphics and video editor (shared)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define the social media strategy per brand: audience, content pillars, platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn brand pages), posting cadence and tone
- Plan and run the weekly content calendar; brief in-house content creators and the video editor every week; review and approve content before posting
- Write hooks, captions, scripts and calls to action in English and Hinglish; maintain brand voice
- Manage community: respond to comments and DMs within the day, route purchase enquiries to sales, collect and repost customer content
- Run creator and influencer collaborations (barter and paid): identify, negotiate, brief, track deliverables and results; target 15 to 20 collaborations a month
- Track and report weekly: followers, reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits,



link clicks and orders attributed to social; stop formats that do not perform, scale those that do
- Coordinate with the performance marketing lead on which organic content goes paid, and with the B2B team on LinkedIn content for corporate buyers
- Support founder-led content on LinkedIn: ideas, drafts, clips
- Maintain the content library, scheduling tool, hashtag and trend research

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate; 3 to 5 years managing social media for a consumer brand, in-house or at an agency, with results you can show
- Has grown at least one account substantially through organic content and can explain what worked and why
- Strong writing in English and Hinglish; short-form video sense
- Reads Instagram and YouTube analytics without help and acts on them
- Has briefed and managed creators, designers or editors
- Comfortable with Canva or Adobe basics, a scheduling tool and simple video edits

PREFERRED

- Home, decor, gifting, lifestyle or festive category experience
- Influencer seeding programmes at scale
- Basic Meta Ads understanding, enough to read results
- Pinterest and YouTube long-form experience

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
- Follower and reach growth against an agreed monthly target
- Save and share rate on posts; DM-to-order conversions
- Collaborations completed per month and their reach
- Calendar delivered on time every week

TERMS

Full-time, on payroll. Probation 3 months. 18 paid leaves a year after probation. Notice period 15 days during probation, 30 days after.
