Social Media Team LeadInfluCon Digitals | Salary: ₹25,000 per month

We’re looking for a Social Media Team Lead to take ownership of clients’ organic social media presence. This is a client-facing role: you’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts while leading the designers, video editor, and interns responsible for bringing each month’s content to life.

What you’ll do

- Own the social media accounts: Plan and manage organic content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, with a focus on growing each client’s presence.
- Lead monthly content delivery: Build the monthly content plan and oversee its execution—from shoots through editing and design. Brief the team, guide their work, and take responsibility for the finished content.
- Be the client’s main contact:



Work directly with clients on their social media needs and coordinate the team’s work across the account.
- Manage influencer collaborations: Coordinate influencer activity as part of the client’s social media work.
- Connect organic and paid efforts: Translate the brand’s broader marketing and campaign strategy into organic content. Work with the paid ads team to support the execution of ad content.

What we’re looking forAt least 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar social media management or team lead role. Experience working with lifestyle, D2C, or fashion brands is preferred.
