Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, hybrid internship based in Chandigarh, offering flexibility for certain work-from-home responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, an interest in content creation, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with some practical experience managing social media pages, creating reels, or running campaigns will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing MatchBlindly's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Brainstorm, plan, and create engaging content, including reels, posts, stories, and carousels.
- Support the execution of organic social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Research trending content formats, viral trends, and competitor strategies.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy aligned with the brand's tone.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and other basic performance metrics.
- Interact with the online community through comments and social media engagement.




- Collaborate with the team on creative marketing ideas and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with basic graphic design and short-form video editing when required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, trending audio, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing applications is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in startups, social media trends, branding, and digital communities.
- Students pursuing or recently completing degrees in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields are preferred, but not mandatory.
