We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Lead to drive our social media presence, strengthen brand engagement, and lead impactful digital content and campaigns across platforms.

? Location: Cochin, Kerala

? Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Lead content planning, creative development, and monthly content calendars.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, festive promotions, store openings, and retail events.
- Drive influencer and content creator collaborations.
- Oversee community engagement and online brand reputation.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams,



creative agencies, and regional stakeholders.
- Explore emerging trends, AI tools, and innovative content formats to enhance digital engagement.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Solid expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Experience in influencer management and creative direction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Retail or consumer brand experience will be an added advantage
