About Dusala IndiaDusala India is a premium Indian fashion and lifestyle brand celebrating heritage craftsmanship through contemporary luxury. We are looking for a creative, proactive and growth-oriented Social Media Generalist who can independently manage multiple social media profiles across platforms.

This is not just a posting or scheduling role. We need someone who understands content, fashion, storytelling, trends, social media growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Platform Social Media Management

- Independently manage multiple brand and founder profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies.
- Own monthly content calendars, publishing schedules and daily execution.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.

2. Content Creation & Creative Execution

- Conceptualise engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts and stories.
- Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and platform-specific copy.
- Create graphics using Canva and edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Coordinate product shoots, founder-led content, photography and video editing.
- Repurpose content intelligently across platforms without simply reposting identical material.

Fashion & Trend Knowledge

- Understand fashion, luxury positioning, styling, seasonal collections and consumer preferences.
- Research fashion trends, competitor brands, viral formats and emerging content opportunities.
- Translate product features, craftsmanship and brand stories into engaging content.

4. Organic Growth & Community Management

- Improve organic reach, engagement, follower growth and qualified website traffic.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and relevant community interactions.
- Identify influencer collaborations, UGC opportunities and organic growth initiatives.
- Support product launches, festive campaigns and brand collaborations.

5. AI Tools & Content Efficiency

- Use ChatGPT, Canva AI and other creative AI tools for ideation, scripting, content development and productivity.
- Work with scheduling tools such as Metricool, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
- Explore new tools and workflows to improve content quality and execution speed.

6. Analytics & Performance

- Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks and content performance.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify what is working,



what is underperforming and what needs to change.
- Take ownership of content deadlines and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital content or content marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good understanding of fashion, lifestyle, luxury or D2C brands.
- Strong English and Hindi communication and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of social media trends, analytics and organic growth.
- Comfortable using AI tools for creative production and workflow efficiency.
- Robust organisational skills, ownership and the ability to work independently.

Preferred: Previous experience managing fashion, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle or founder-led personal brands. Who We're Looking ForSomeone who is a doer, not just a planner.

You should be comfortable switching between content strategy, writing captions, editing a Reel, scheduling posts, coordinating a shoot and reviewing analytics.

You must have creative judgment, an understanding of premium brand aesthetics and the ability to execute without constant supervision.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
