Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing (SMM) role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The SMM professional will manage and grow the company’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with online communities, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role involves collaborating with content, design,



and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and to support broader digital marketing initiatives. The SMM professional will also analyze trends, optimize strategies based on insights, and contribute new ideas to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and community engagement across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate with design and content teams to develop visual and written assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid social ads, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand tone.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in startup or MSME-focused environments is an advantage; openness to continuous learning and experimentation is essential.
