About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction work on our project in Dehradun. You will be the link between the architect's drawings and what gets built on site, making sure work is executed accurately, on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Study and verify all architectural and structural drawings issued, and flag any discrepancies or clashes before work begins

Ensure work on site is carried out strictly as per the latest approved drawings and specifications

Monitor daily progress and quality of work: excavation, foundation, masonry, RCC, plastering, flooring, finishing, etc.

Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, bar benders, electricians, plumbers and other labour

Check setting out, levels, alignments, dimensions, reinforcement and shuttering before every pour

Verify material quality and quantities on delivery; maintain material stock and consumption records

Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance and site photographs, and share them with the architect





Coordinate with the architect, client, vendors and suppliers to keep work on schedule

Raise queries and site issues promptly, and implement the architect's instructions

Ensure basic site safety and cleanliness

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI or equivalent (graduates welcome)

3–5 years of site supervision experience in building construction

Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and working drawings

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and finishing work

Basic measurement and quantity-checking skills

Comfortable with Hindi; basic English for reports and messages

Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, photos, straightforward reports); AutoCAD or MS Excel knowledge is a plus

Honest, punctual and able to manage labour firmly and respectfully

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
