We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our systems.

Job Title: Service TechnicianQualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field.

Experience: 0-2 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and maintain pumps and water management systems.
- Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and support commissioning activities.




- Coordinate with customers and the internal technical team to ensure timely service.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, and water management systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
