### About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of CNC/VMC machines and machine tool equipment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and maintain CNC/VMC machines and related equipment.
- Perform machine inspection, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Handle mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Diagnose spindle-related problems and machine performance issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints.
- Handle machine alignment, calibration and testing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.

### Required Skills




- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of spindle, bearings, lubrication and cooling systems.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits.

### Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering field.
