Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor – Mechanical to join our automotive dealership in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer vehicle concerns, coordinating with workshop technicians, explaining repair requirements, and ensuring timely vehicle servicing and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills

Automobile service knowledge, customer handling, mechanical understanding and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns related to vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Understand vehicle complaints and coordinate with workshop technicians to identify issues and required repairs.
- Explain repair requirements, service estimates,



and expected vehicle delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
- Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and customer information.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress and vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers after servicing to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle servicing process.
