NineOhNine is a creative agency, production house, and podcast studio based in Bangalore, working with founders, startups, and growing brands across India and global markets.

We create video-first content and communication - from brand films, ad campaigns, and product videos to podcasts, social media content, and personal branding for founders. Alongside this, we run a fully equipped, acoustically engineered podcast studio used by some of the most interesting voices building today.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp Video Editor who understands that editing is not just execution - it’s storytelling, timing, and taste.

You’ll work across long-form podcasts, high-performing short-form content, brand films, ad campaigns, and motion-led videos, shaping how ideas come to life on screen. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the entire edit, from raw footage to final output and elevate it with robust pacing, clean structure, and thoughtful visual decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Edit and deliver high-quality videos across formats - podcasts, social media reels, brand films, and ad campaigns
- Bring strong storytelling, pacing, and structure into every edit
- Work extensively with motion graphics, typography, and visual elements to enhance content
- Handle sound design, music, color correction, and final finishing with attention to detail




- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into impactful outputs
- Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining performance and engagement
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines while maintaining consistency in quality
- Continuously experiment with new formats, styles, and AI-led workflows to improve output

What We’re Looking For

- 2 - 4 years of experience in video editing in an agency or production environment
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or FCP and strong working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics is a must)
- A strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and platform-specific editing
- A portfolio that demonstrates range - long-form, short-form, and motion-driven content
- Someone who takes ownership, works fast, and cares deeply about the final output
- A natural instinct for what works on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Curiosity to push creative boundaries and continuously improve
