- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and create high-quality proposals.
- Develop clear and compelling value propositions tailored to specific client requirements.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client needs and formulate winning proposal strategies.
- Ensure proposals align with the companys business goals and objectives.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Craft executive summaries, technical sections, and other components of the proposal document.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure proposals meet company standards and client expectations.
- Review proposals for compliance with RFP/RFI requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and incorporate it into proposals.
- Facilitate proposal review meetings to gather feedback and refine proposal content.
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, and other relevant materials for future use.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into proposal development processes.
