Role Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment through offer closure, pre-joining engagement and onboarding.

The role requires strong direct sourcing and market-mapping capability, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and recruitment partners. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling specialist and mid-to-senior-level hiring with minimum supervision and limited dependence on conventional job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into focused sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Identify relevant companies and talent pools for niche and specialist requirements.
- Screen candidates for experience, role fit, motivation, compensation and joining feasibility.
- Present well-assessed and relevant profiles, rather than relying on volume-based CV submissions.
- Manage interviews, feedback, candidate communication, offer discussions and closure.
- Maintain engagement with selected candidates through their notice period and proactively manage offer-drop risks.
- Coordinate documentation, pre-joining activities and onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Manage recruitment consultants and specialist search partners, including mandate briefing, profile calibration and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide clear updates on progress, bottlenecks and required actions.




- Build talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated requirements.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve recruitment productivity, including talent research, sourcing strategy, search-string creation, candidate outreach, profile analysis, interview preparation, recruitment communication and tracking.
- Identify opportunities to automate or simplify repetitive recruitment activities using AI, while ensuring appropriate human judgement in candidate assessment and selection.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, preferably across specialist and mid-to-senior-level hiring.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to recruit through market research and proactive outreach without being heavily dependent on job portals.
- Experience managing diverse, cross-functional hiring requirements.
- Robust screening and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate beyond keyword or CV matching.
- Experience working with recruitment consultants alongside direct sourcing.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar roles quickly and identify the appropriate talent market.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate communication skills.
- High degree of ownership, urgency and follow-through, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
