JOB PURPOSE To ensure proper receipt, stacking, & issue of Engineering & Raw material for smooth operation of Plant. This will helpful to achieve targeted production and attaining organizations ISO & EHS goals.

Details of Responsibilities

- Verification of document & Preparation of warehouse receipt (W.R.) Import & Domestic.
- Unloading of material, physically count, tally material as per invoices, check and report to purchase department if goods received in damage condition.
- Awareness of raw material received in stores to consults department. Via Mail.
- Communication to user department approval of warehouse receipt.
- On time Submission of W.R. in accounts department.
- Arrange for inspection material.
- Prepare Warehouse receipt (W.R.).
- Ensure all store facilities in proper working order (Damage pallets, Looses Racks, Etc).




- Ensure Valuable Housekeeping.
- Check and counts materials before issuing materials and maintain FIFO for Raw material
- Ensure physical stock matched with booked stock.
- Maintain records. Like job Working Register, Delivery Memo, Daily MIS etc.
- Highlighting revalidation of raw material which are nearing to expired.
- Follow procedure of ISO 9001-2015,EMS, OHSAS system.
- Follow procedure for storage of material.
- Arrange material as per stocking norms & keep at identified place.
- Tagging of incoming material tag, Adherence to ISO 9001-2015, EMS & OHSAS.
- In case of rejection, Inform to purchase & production department & keep the material in quarantine area and follow-up to disposal.
- Follow-up from purchase department for critical material.
- Prepare challans for other material as per instruction.
- Escalate other critical issues.
- Working as per instruction given by HOD
- Record of Warehouse Receipt.
- Rejection Register.
- Monthly and Yearly Stock Statement.
- Timely submission of MIS related to stores daily & Monthly.
- Preparation & Maintenance of all documents required as per procedure & also face the audit both internal & external with our HOD.
- Develop and implement EHS work instructions for area specific hazards and risks
- Root Cause analysis of any accident/ Incident occurred in the area.
- Implementation of necessary steps/ actions decided to prevent occurrence/ reoccurrence of incidents.
- Plan and implement area/ machine specific PPE requirements.
- Ensure implementation of EHS suggestions.
- Participate in HIRA/ AIA activities
- Implement and maintain all operational EHS work instructions
- Implementation of necessary steps/ actions decided to prevent occurrence/ reoccurrence of incidents.
- Train team members on EHS norms.
- Ensure use of PPEs as per standards.
- Encourage team members to report near miss incidents, unsafe act and unsafe conditions.
- Act to reduce unsafe act and conditions.
