- **Required Skills & Qualifications:*- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on chatbot interfaces or conversational AI
- - Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products

- - ServiceNow Virtual Agent UI build/customization

- - MS Teams integration

- **Skills:*- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- - Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design

- - Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions

- - Knowledge of Design Thinking and human-centered design methodologies

- **Nice to Have:*- Familiarity with AI, NLP, and machine learning concepts as they relate to chatbot functionality
- - Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
