This role focuses on end-to-end security design and implementation across S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP IAS, IPS, SAP CIS, SAP IDM, SAP IAG, GRC Access Control, ECC, and SAP BW/4HANA environments The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP IDM and at least 2 years of experience with SAP CIS integration The candidate should have worked on multiple full life cycle implementations Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP IDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP CIS
- Configure and customize SAP IDM to meet specific business requirements and enhance system functionality
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating SAP IDM with SAP CIS and other identity management systems
- Proficiency in SAP IDM configuration, customization, and integration with SAP CIS
- Carry out migration activity from SAP IDM to SAP CIS
- Valuable command of SQL queries and running IDM Scripts for report generation
- Architect and lead SAP Security solutions for cloud and hybrid deployments
- Drive extensive SAP IAG configuration, including connector setup, access request workflows, SoD rules, risk analysis, and integration with GRC AC




- Define enterprise-wide user lifecycle management across cloud and on-prem systems using IAS, IPS, and IAG
- Configure SAP IAS for SSO, identity federation, and branding; IPS for identity replication from Azure AD to SAP targets
- Lead security role design and strategy for ECC, S/4HANA cloud and on-prem, BW/4HANA, and Fiori
- Implement and manage GRC AC modules (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) and harmonize rulesets between IAG and GRC
- Define and implement analysis authorizations in BW/4HANA
- Provide architectural oversight for SAP BTP subaccount and entitlements security

Required Skills: - Extensive hands-on experience configuring SAP Cloud IAG, including multi-system provisioning, SoD risk remediation workflows, and SCIM connectors
- Expertise in SAP IAS, IPS trust configuration, source/destination setup, and Azure AD integration
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between SAP systems and other systems, both internal and external
- Proven track record with ECC and S/4HANA security, Fiori role design, and custom app authorization
- Advanced knowledge of BW/4HANA security concepts, including analysis authorizations
- Strong understanding of GRC Access Control and IAG/GRC hybrid integration
- Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
