Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules, progress and material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.




- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor construction quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material availability.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution and project coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors, site manpower and multiple work activities.
- Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting tools preferred.
