What You'll Do:

- Lead and participate in SAP PM/CS implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.

- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting activities.

- Design and configure SAP PM and CS solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

- Drive business process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Measuring Points and Counters.

- Configure and support SAP Customer Service functionalities including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Resource Planning, Customer Service Processes.

- Provide recommendations for process optimization and solution enhancements.

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PM/CS incidents and service requests.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolution of complex functional issues.

- Manage change requests, enhancements, and support tickets.

- Support business users during hypercare and steady-state operations.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs and service management processes.

- Collaborate closely with SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, QM, EWM/WM, and technical teams.

- Ensure seamless integration between PM/CS and other SAP modules.

- Work with ABAP developers on reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, workflows, and custom developments.





- Support integration requirements involving IDocs, interfaces, batch jobs, and middleware solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions and solution reviews.

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

- Develop test scenarios and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing.

- Support cutover planning, deployment activities, and go-live execution.

- Coordinate defect resolution and business validation activities.

- Create functional design documents and process documentation.

- Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training programs.

- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8?12 years of SAP consulting experience with strong focus on SAP PM and SAP CS.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

- Strong expertise in maintenance management and customer service business processes.

- Experience in AMS delivery, incident management, and production support environments.

- Knowledge of SAP integration concepts including IDocs, Interfaces, RFCs, and Batch Jobs.

- Ability to work effectively with ABAP teams for custom enhancements and developments.

- Solid understanding of SAP master data, transactional processes, and integration touchpoints.

- Experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting abilities.

- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership in project delivery.
