Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Handle and close full-home interior projects, from lead generation to final conversion.

- Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle and design preferences.

- Conduct client meetings and present suitable interior solutions.

- Drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors.

- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions and the sales pipeline.

- Support the team in negotiations and high-value closures.

- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth handover after closure.





- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

- Develop referral opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5-8 years of experience in residential interior sales.

- Experience with full-home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes or home improvement solutions.

- Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.

- Robust negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.

- Good understanding of the interior design sales cycle.

- Confident, target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Strong follow-up and communication skills.

- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
