We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Aesthetic Experience Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional client journey while driving revenue growth for the clinic.

The role involves understanding clients' aesthetic goals, recommending suitable treatments and packages in coordination with clinical professionals, converting consultations into treatment bookings, and building long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Experience

- Welcome clients and provide a premium, personalised clinic experience.
- Understand client expectations, aesthetic concerns, and treatment goals.
- Explain available aesthetic treatments, procedures, packages, and services.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their journey.

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Convert walk-in enquiries, consultations, and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and aesthetic services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clinically recommended treatments.
- Handle price objections and communicate treatment value effectively.

1. Lead Management & Follow-ups

- Manage leads generated through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct timely follow-ups through calls,



WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a strong lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-conversion ratio.
- Reactivate existing clients and generate repeat business.

1. Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular communication and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Encourage client retention, referrals, and repeat visits.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally.

1. Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Track daily enquiries, consultations, conversions, and revenue.
- Coordinate with front desk, doctors, therapists, and clinic management.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless client experience from enquiry to post-treatment care.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, luxury hospitality, premium retail, or aesthetic clinic sales.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, or wellness is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Robust sales conversion and relationship-building abilities.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
