ey Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and understand their beauty, skin, and aesthetic concerns.

- Conduct initial client consultations and explain available treatments.

- Recommend suitable aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, and other cosmetic procedures.

- Explain treatment benefits, procedures, pricing, packages, and aftercare instructions.

- Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment packages.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

- Promote clinic services, memberships, and promotional offers.

- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to improve conversion and retention.

- Build long-term relationships and maintain client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with dermatologists, doctors, and therapists.

- Maintain client records and update CRM systems.

- Handle customer queries and provide qualified service.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.

- Experience in sales, beauty, skincare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

- Monthly sales revenue.

- Lead conversion rate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
