Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Conduct technical assessments and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company culture and expectations.

- Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 6-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Architecture/Interior Designing/Real Estate).

- Solid understanding of facility management, interior designing, real estate industry trends.

- Proven expertise in Non IT/Technical recruitment processes; ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Experience as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter Manager preferred.
