Job Purpose The Senior Recruitment Executive will drive the full-cycle talent acquisition process to secure top-tier professionals for India’s leading communication and entertainment company. This role focuses heavily on executing hardcore lateral and bulk recruitment strategies to meet dynamic business requirements across events, Award Shows, activations, television, PR, and digital spaces, Creative.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to background verification and final onboarding.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media recruitment, mapping, and headhunting.
- Deliver on diverse hiring demands, including niche project-based hiring, bulk hiring for large-scale events, and diversity initiatives.
- Partner closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and establish clear manpower planning standard operating procedures.




- Conduct comprehensive background verification checks, generate official offer letters.
- Foster a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the media, entertainment, and experiential marketing industry.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience: 4 to 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in hardcore lateral and bulk recruitment, ideally within media, entertainment, events, or rapid-paced corporate environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven mastery of major job portals, candidate assessment techniques, and social media hiring strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Attributes: Self-starter with high initiative, strong time management, and robust organizational skills.
