Hiring: Senior Project Coordinator

Location: VKI, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely execution of projects within approved budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and MIS.
- Handle project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with teams and vendors.




- Maintain quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience in Signage, Printing, Fabrication, Digital Signage, or Solar EPC industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid planning, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or MBA in Operations / Project Management preferred. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resumes.
