Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Engineer role based in Silvassa. The CNC Engineer will set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include programming and adjusting CNC parameters, monitoring production quality, performing routine machine checks, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

The role also involves collaborating with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues,



ensuring safe operations, and documenting workflows and machine settings for consistent output.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of CNC operations and process control, including setting parameters and optimizing machining workflows.
- Foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to CNC machinery and automation.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in CNC equipment.
- Experience or familiarity with motion control systems used in CNC machines and automated production lines.
- Exposure to robotics or robotic integration in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CNC programs, and process documentation.
- Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and capability to work collaboratively on the shop floor.
- Prior experience in precision component manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred.
