Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate production planning, and track progress against milestones to support timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating project plans, monitoring resources and timelines,



and supporting project control activities such as variance analysis and corrective action planning. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, site engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure clear communication, risk identification, and alignment with contractual requirements.

The Planning

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Planning and material Planning skills to develop, optimize, and manage project schedules and resource plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to track performance, analyze variances, and support corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and client representatives.
- Relevant experience in construction/EPC projects, preferably in industrial, warehousing, or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in dynamic project environments, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
