Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Bengaluru East.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project teams, and track progress against planned milestones for building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating work programs, monitoring resource allocation, supporting production planning, and assisting in project cost and time control. The role involves analyzing project data,



identifying risks or delays, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Engineer will collaborate closely with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines, constraints, and priorities.

Qualifications

- Strong Planning skills, with experience in preparing and managing project schedules.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, identifying variances, and supporting decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Project Control, including monitoring timelines, costs, and resources.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in planning for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
