Role Description The Senior Media Buyer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role involves developing media strategies that align with brand and performance goals, negotiating with media vendors, and managing budgets to maximize return on ad spend.

The Senior Media

Buyer will monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective targeting. The role also includes reporting on campaign results, identifying trends, and recommending new opportunities to expand Eora Skincare’s presence and customer base.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess robust Media Strategy and Analytical Skills to design data-driven campaigns and interpret performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external media partners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with advertising platforms, tracking tools, and basic performance marketing concepts (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- Relevant experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands, with a track record of managing significant media budgets, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment are important. i need somonw who has worked closely for a product segment not onle real estate and it sector preferable in beauty or jewellery backgroud, should hold responsible for giving high ROAS, should be able to achieve monthly targets, should have a sharp vision of what is working and whats not and accordingly be able to do the changes quickly, also who has a creative mindset on how we grow the brands
