About the Role

As a Senior Manager for a ride-hailing app, you will oversee and manage operations, drive growth, andmaintain high service standards in supply department.You will lead and shape the success of theride-hailing operations through strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills.Empoweredwith decision-making authority, P&L; ownership, and budget planning, you have a key role in deliveringsuperior experiences to Captains and Customers, while achieving ROI through strategic thinking andoperational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities (business targets, P&L; priorities,segmentation, priority markets) and increase business revenue for the south/north market place
- Coordinate and lead individual market/ region-specific events and partnerships to deepenconnections with riders, driver partners and ensure MOM targets are achieved.
- Design and drive market strategy, adapt, localize, and/or amplify initiatives to align with regionalstrategy, taking into account local specifics and culture.
- Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities, major events,partnerships,



seasonal moments, etc and deliver campaigns or activations against them.
- Develop new engagements and initiatives to increase the Rapido service in South/North marketby evaluating and assessing the data
- Understanding the problem statement either on demand or supply side of the Rapido service andproviding feasible solution through data inference
- Planning and forecasting the supply and demand road map of the Rapido service by performingmarket research and complex analysis of possible opportunities
- Adhere to the P&L; and ensure margins are not impacted. Also, Manage the contribution margin ofthe marketplace and consistently maintain the city growth.
- Efficient Product Enhancement for Market Success - With attention to detail and multitaskingabilities, collaborate closely with Field Ops, Product teams, and project teams to design scalablesolutions that drive market success.
- Cross Collaboration internally as well as with stakeholders of Data product, Finance, Marketing(Growth and design), Research, Legal
- Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive andcollaborative work setting.

Qualifications

- Engineering Graduate or Graduate / MBA
- 7+ years of proven experience in operations management and has a good data sense,preferably within the transportation, logistics, or technology industry / App based industry with 5+years in managing ground level ops with a big team.
- Good Experience in Excel or Google sheet / SQL / Tableau or PowerBI. Certification is an addedadvantage (Certification not Mandatory )
- Must have Operations / Marketplace Management and Business strategy experience.
- Must have an understanding of both Customer and Captain (Driver) KPI in Ride Hailing industry /Delivery apps / Operations, etc
- The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically about business and productopportunities, and a demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Knowledge of ride hailing industry and market trends is a plus
- Must have an idea about BTL to understand the marketplace for creating demand and brandawareness
