We are looking for an experienced Quality Operations professional to lead and manage quality operations, ensuring consistent delivery standards, process excellence, and continuous improvement across business functions.

The individual will be responsible for developing quality frameworks, monitoring operational performance, driving quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to defined standards and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end quality operations, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards, SLAs, and operational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance frameworks, processes, and evaluation parameters.
- Establish quality benchmarks, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular quality audits, process reviews, and root cause analysis to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall quality and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with operations, delivery, training, and client servicing teams to address quality-related challenges.
- Analyze quality trends, prepare performance dashboards, and share periodic reports with senior management.
- Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality assessments and evaluation standards.
- Identify training and development requirements based on quality findings and performance trends.
- Manage and mentor the quality team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and consistent performance.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle client escalations related to quality and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Profile:

- 10–12 years of experience in Quality Operations,



Quality Assurance, or Process Excellence.
- Strong experience in developing and managing quality frameworks and operational processes.
- Proven expertise in quality audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and performance reporting.
- Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Quality Management certifications would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate quality insights into actionable business improvements.
