Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business development and revenue growth in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, an established client network, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and close commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for truck, trailer, container, and related transportation services.
- Develop new client relationships while maintaining and strengthening long-term partnerships with existing customers.
- Build, maintain, and leverage a strong client database to drive transportation business development.
- Conduct direct customer meetings, discuss service rates, and handle commercial negotiations.




- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and smooth transportation execution.
- Drive revenue growth through regular client follow-ups, market visits, and business development activities.
- Identify and explore business opportunities across inbound and outbound logistics, port movement, factory transportation, and long-haul operations.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including vehicle operations.
- Established network and strong industry contacts with customers requiring truck and trailer transportation services.
- An existing and transferable client base is mandatory.
- Good understanding of market rates, transportation routes, vehicle categories, and operational challenges.
- Proven ability to independently generate business, develop client relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and revenue generation capabilities.
