Responsibilities:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and deliver consolidated quarterly and monthly forecasts encompassing Indian and international subsidiaries and joint ventures, in accordance with reporting timelines.
- Generate and present detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide actionable insights to Senior Management.
- Analyze business performance against budgets and prior periods to identify opportunities for margin improvement and enhanced profitability.
- Exercise stringent control over expenses with a focus on budget compliance and cost optimization.
- Support the preparation of financial metrics and performance summaries for investor meetings; track analyst reports and market trends.
- Assess financial systems and processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive standardization of performance management and reporting frameworks across subsidiaries.
- Lead initiatives aimed at process simplification and automation in collaboration with IT and Global Business Services teams.
- Conduct industry and competitor benchmarking to aid strategic planning and decision-making.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements for effective business performance review.




- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
