Position Details

- Reporting To: Head – E-Commerce & Emerging Channels

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented professional to drive performance marketing operations across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms. The individual will be responsible for campaign planning and execution, pricing and promotional management, catalogue accuracy, digital shelf visibility, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly promotional calendars across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.
- Manage promotional pricing, discounts, campaign approvals, and implementation.
- Handle SKU listings, product descriptions, images, specifications, and catalogue management.
- Monitor search rankings, digital shelf visibility, category placement, and competitor activities.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROAS, TACOS, and market share trends.




- Prepare weekly performance dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Coordinate with E-Commerce KAMs, Supply Chain, Finance, creative agencies, and platform teams.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, product availability, and timely campaign execution.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, or FMCG.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, catalogue management, ROAS, and TACOS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, or BigBasket will be preferred.

Preferred Additional Skills

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Experience working with D2C or FMCG brands.
