- Preferred candidate Industry:Outsourcing/BPO/KPO :Own end-to-end delivery of Legal Services across globalclients or business units.

- This role requires deep expertise in legal contracting,commercial negotiations, CLM platforms, and the ability to lead large,multi-geography delivery teams while partnering closely with Legal,Procurement, Finance, and Business stakeholders.

- Drove transformation initiatives and GenAI adoptionExcellent client facing, executive communication andnegotiation skillManage contract operations covering:Contract intake and triageDrafting and redlining of supplier contracts,



Negotiationsupport and issue resolutionContract execution and repository managementDrive standardization and scalability of contract deliveryprocesses.

- Lead and oversee redlining of supplier contracts, includingMSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments.

- Support and govern commercial and legal negotiations withsuppliers.

- Handle complex clauses related to:Liability, indemnity, IP, data protection, andconfidentialityPricing, termination, audit, and risk provisionsProvide escalation support for high-risk or non-standardcontractual positions.

- Ensure contracts align with procurement policies, legalstandards, and risk frameworks.

- Partner with Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatoryand contractual requirements.

- Ensure SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance adherence acrosscontract workflows.
