Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare and deliver HR presentations, reports, and dashboards for management.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
