We are looking for a talented Senior Wayfinding Designer to join our growing design team and lead the development of innovative, user-centric wayfinding and environmental graphic design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead wayfinding and environmental graphic design projects from research and concept development through detailed design and final design documentation.
- Develop comprehensive wayfinding strategies, including user journey mapping, circulation analysis, zoning, destination identification, sign location planning and signage hierarchies.
- Conceptualise and develop creative design directions for wayfinding, signage systems, environmental graphics and placemaking elements.
- Translate architectural layouts, masterplans and spatial information into intuitive, user-friendly navigation systems.
- Develop design concepts, visual narratives, mood boards, design guidelines and compelling client presentations.




- Prepare signage design development packages, location plans, sign typologies, artwork layouts and design intent documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, graphic designers and other project stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Lead client presentations and articulate design rationale, strategy and creative thinking.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, maintaining high standards of design quality and creative excellence.
- Manage project timelines, design deliverables and team workflows across multiple projects.
- Explore emerging technologies, AI-assisted design tools and global best practices to continually improve the wayfinding design process.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in wayfinding design, environmental graphics or signage design consultancy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing and delivering comprehensive wayfinding strategies and design projects.
- Experience across multiple project typologies, including:
- Luxury Residential Developments
- Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts
- Commercial & Corporate Developments
- Mixed-use Developments




- Retail & Entertainment Destinations
- Healthcare & Educational Institutions
- Large-scale Masterplans and Urban Environments
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural layouts, circulation patterns, user behaviour and visual communication.
- Excellent conceptualisation, graphic design and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging digital technologies will be an advantage.
- Understanding of signage design principles, typography, materials, finishes and illumination.
- Knowledge of international wayfinding standards, accessibility guidelines, building codes and relevant local regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects, lead design teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic consultancy environment.
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits, as required.
