Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with robust expertise in visual communication, branding, digital design, motion graphics, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle projects from concept to final execution while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital, social media, campaigns, branding, and marketing communications.
- Create performance marketing creatives optimized for conversions, including ads, banners, landing-page visuals, and campaign assets.
- Create static creatives, presentations, banners, emailers, and other marketing assets.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form videos.
- Handle video editing, transitions, typography, sound sync, and basic color correction.
- Translate briefs and business objectives into impactful visual solutions.
- Collaborate with content, copy, marketing,



and performance teams for end-to-end creative execution.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, image/video generation, enhancement, and creative workflows.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Mentor and guide junior designers when required.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and performance marketing design.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, branding, and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative projects.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
