Role Summary

Responsible for expanding AAC Blocks business in the assigned territory through dealer and distributor development, project sales, field visits, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening Magicrete’s market presence in Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

- Appoint current dealers and distributors to expand market reach and strengthen the distribution network.

- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders to generate business.

- Identify and develop business opportunities across construction projects, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.

- Promote AAC Blocks by explaining product features, benefits, and applications to customers and influencers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets, monitor market performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.





- Maintain strong customer relationships, monitor competitor activities, and ensure timely follow-ups and collections.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an advantage.

Experience &

- Industry Background

- 2–5 years of experience in sales and business development.

- Experience in building materials, AAC Blocks, cement, construction materials, or related industries preferred.

- Experience in dealer and distributor management and project-based sales will be an advantage.
