Allocation of IT Assets to users

- Responsible for higher uptime of IT infrastructure along with Field Maintenance team.

Readiness of IT Infrastructure within the defined Timelines

- Planning in line with the project requirements.
- Making infrastructure available as per scheduled timelines.
- Management of IT spares.

Uptime of Business IT Applications

- Uptime of Common IT Applications, Coordination with COS and other application teams for closure of users issues.

Support for common business IT projects

- Responsible for coordination and implementation of common business IT projects at site

Process Compliance

- Ensure compliance to IT Policies & Procedures.
- Review with the customers for continuous improvements

TQM & IMS Practices

- Implement the SOPs, WI and relevant check sheets in daily management.
- Ensure implementation of TQM practices.

Preferred candidate profile Ideal candidate must of a MCA/B.E./B.Tech-Computer Science/IT with 4-7 years of experience in IT in a manufacturing plant.
