Role: Senior Executive /Assistant Manager – Record to Report (R2R)

Location: South Delhi (Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience

5-8 years in R2R, financial reporting, or related functions

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis

o Prepare and review accurate financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

o Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.

Month-End and Year-End Closures:

o Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely closure of books.

o Post journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications as required.

General Ledger Management

o Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational policies.

o Perform regular reconciliations of key accounts, including intercompany and balance sheet accounts.

Compliance and Audit

o Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.

o Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Fixed Assets and Inventory Accounting:

o Oversee fixed asset management, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.





o Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory valuation.

Process Improvements

o Identify areas for improvement within R2R processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

o Implement automation and standardization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Management

o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and senior management, to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Team Leadership

o Supervise and mentor junior accountants in the R2R function.

o Monitor the team’s performance and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

o CA – Semi Qualified or Chartered Accountant (CA)

o Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tally).

o Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

o Hands-on experience in R2R processes, including financial reporting and general ledger accounting.

o Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

o Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
