Role & responsibilities
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) and PostgreSQL
- Production data pipeline development and ownership
- Data ingestion, validation, deduplication, and recovery
- Experience with Vector Search & Embedding Pipelines
- Robust SQL, APIs, data quality, and schema management
- Experience supporting production Search, Matching, or ML products
Good to Have: pgvector, Amazon Bedrock, VoyageAI, Python, and HRTech/Recruitment Technology experience.
