Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior MedTech/Medical Devices consulting leader with strong experience in R&D; and Product Development transformation, consulting, and business development. The role involves advising senior client executives, identifying and selling transformation opportunities, and leading consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise senior R&D; and Product Development leaders on transformation initiatives.
- Identify and develop new consulting opportunities across the Medical Devices value chain.
- Lead business development, solutioning, proposals and client presentations.




- Lead R&D;/Product Development transformation programs when staffed.
- Provide expertise across product development, quality, regulatory and digital/connected devices.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in R&D;, Product Development or related consulting.
- Proven consulting/advisory and business-development experience.
- Strong track record of identifying and selling new opportunities.
- Experience engaging C-suite / senior business leaders.
- Experience in transformation, process re-engineering, operating models, agile or value realization.
