We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) to lead strategic sales initiatives, manage high-value and enterprise accounts, and mentor junior sales team members. This role plays a key part in revenue growth and market expansion.

Roles Responsibilities

- Define and execute strategic business development plans

- Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and large deal opportunities

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for key and strategic accounts

- Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations

- Build solid relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders

- Mentor and guide BDEs to improve performance and conversions

- Own sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets

- Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies and deal structuring

- Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams

- Represent the company at client meetings, events,



and networking forums

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B IT / SaaS / ERP / Software sales

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic selling skills

- Experience handling large accounts and high-value deals

- Expertise in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting

- Ability to mentor teams and drive consistent revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent management qualification

- Experience working with corporate and government clients

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team
