Role Description This full time, on-site Senior Architect role is based in Nagpur and involves leading architectural design projects from concept through completion.

The Senior

Architect will develop design proposals, prepare detailed drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, guiding junior team members, reviewing technical and design deliverables, and supporting integration of planning, structural, and services inputs into cohesive project solutions. The role requires managing project meetings, addressing on-site design queries,



and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the firm.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven ability to lead complex projects and produce high-quality design documentation.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to deliver coordinated project outcomes.
- Proficiency with relevant design and documentation tools and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution; registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
- Several years of experience in an architectural firm, including leadership or senior-level responsibilities on built or under-construction projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to mentor junior architects and interns.
