KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Store Design & Planning

- Design and develop retail store layouts and concepts
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed MEP designs
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer experience
- Work on space planning, fixtures, and visual merchandising alignment

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, operations, marketing)
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources

3. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to design standards, safety norms, and quality benchmark.
- Monitor finishing, materials, and overall store aesthetics
- Maintain consistency across all store formats

4.Project Management & Reporting

- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables




- Maintain documentation and reports for ongoing projects
- Handle multiple store projects simultaneously across regions

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Illustrator
- Good understanding of retail store design and execution
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with a strong design sense
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
- Problem-solving mindset with on-ground decision-making ability
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 1.5 + years of experience in retail/store design projects
- Experience in handling multiple store rollouts preferred
