About the RoleWe are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and design-driven Senior Architect to join our architectural team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of skilled experience in architectural design, design development, technical documentation, and project coordination.

The individual will be responsible for developing architectural concepts into detailed design solutions, ensuring high-quality project documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and guiding junior team members to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Development

- Develop architectural designs from initial concepts through detailed design stages.
- Translate design concepts into practical, functional and technically sound architectural solutions.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to design development while maintaining project specifications and client expectations.

2. Technical Documentation & Drawings

- Prepare, review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of architectural deliverables.
- Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.




- Provide technical inputs and resolve design-related challenges during execution.

3. Project & Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth implementation of architectural designs and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Participate in client meetings and design presentations whenever required.

4. Team Management & Leadership

- Guide and mentor junior architects, Sr. Assistants, Assistants, trainees, and interns.
- Allocate and monitor team responsibilities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Review team deliverables and maintain high standards of design and documentation.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

5. Project Delivery & Budget Management

- Ensure projects are delivered within predetermined budgets and timelines.
- Exercise functional control over the team's budget.
- Identify potential execution challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a balance between design excellence, technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and delivery speed.
