Position: Senior Accountant – US Shift

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM (US Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day US accounting operations, vendor payments, purchase and sales entries, and bank reconciliations for our diamond jewellery manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor payments through ACH, Wire Transfers, and Zelle as per payment requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors through email regarding invoices, payment status, and outstanding balances.
- Verify vendor invoices for gold, diamonds, raw materials, finished jewellery, and other purchases.
- Handle purchase entries for solitaire diamonds, melee stones, casting, finished jewellery, and other jewellery-related items.
- Manage serial number conversion entries, vendor credit notes,



internal stock-out entries, and Optigo internal sales entries.
- Handle sales entries, customer credit notes, cash entries, and bank entries.
- Cross-verify invoices, payment records, and bank statements to ensure accounting accuracy.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve discrepancies in transactions.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the diamond or jewellery industry.
- Experience in diamond jewellery exports is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with vendor payments, purchase entries, sales accounting, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of ACH, Wire Transfers, and Zelle payments.
- Experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, invoice verification, and financial documentation.
- Good english email communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
